Villa Exotica II (180 m²) consists of a ground floor and first floor and accommodates up to 6 guests.
The ground floor is filled with light and spaciousness. A 40 m² sea-oriented living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area are open toward the sea, transforming every meal into a ritual — from breakfast at sunrise to candlelight dinners accompanied by the sound of the waves.
An elegant staircase leads to a small gallery with a piano, adding an artistic note and warmth to the home. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with private balconies, each offering its own view and sense of intimacy, along with 2 bathrooms.
Everything is surrounded by a landscaped garden of approximately 1,000 m² with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees.
